Notice is hereby given under section 13 of the constitution that a “Special General Meeting” (SGM) will be held at 10:00 AM SST on Sunday, 15th March 2026.

Venue : TBA

Agenda : 

a) Opening Address by Hon. Secretary

b) "Maa Telugu Talli" Song recitation by all STS members

c) Invite and Welcome note by SGM Chairman 

d) Announcement of outcome of recent elections held on 8th Feb 2026.

f) Vote of Thanks By Hon. Secretary

Registration Process to attend SGM :

  •  Members should submit registration via this link by 7th March 2026.
  •  Please note that no new registrations will be accepted after the specified cut-off date of 7th March 2026.
  •  You must have been eligible to attend the AGM held on 7th February 2026 and hold an active membership as of 15th March 2026 to attend the SGM.
  •   For any membership queries or concerns, please contact treasurer@sts.org.sg or secretary@sts.org.sg
  • Upon verification of your membership, confirmation will be sent to your email mentioned during registration on or before 13th March 2026.
